Lecturer-Lecturer of the Department of Computer Science and digitalization of Education, Faculty of physics and mathematics N. Yermekova, on February 9, 2026, 2nd year students, groups IR211(IP), IR211(IP), MIK211 held an educational hour on the topic “New Constitution proposed by the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Constitutional Commission in 2026”. The main purpose of the event was to increase the legal literacy of students, explain the importance of the new Constitution and educate civil responsibility. During the educational hour, special attention was paid to the main changes in the new Constitution, including the renewal of the constitutional status of the National kurultai. The role of the National kurultai as a platform for dialogue between society and the state, mechanisms for supporting civil initiatives and taking into account public opinion were explained.At the end of the event, students expressed their opinion, noting the importance of constitutional reforms for the future of the country.
