A regular scientific and methodological seminar was organized at the Faculty of Natural Sciences. During the seminar, PhD Kerimbay B. S. presented a meaningful scientific report on the topic “integration of the capabilities of artificial intelligence technologies in geographical research with comparative resource analysis methods”. The report examined in detail modern approaches to data processing and analysis used in geographical research, the functional capabilities of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as the scientific and methodological foundations of their integration with comparative resource analysis methods. In addition, the effectiveness of the introduction of artificial intelligence tools in Geoinformation research, the role in increasing the accuracy of data and the prospects for practical application were analyzed. At the end of the seminar, the participants were asked topical questions, a meaningful exchange of views and professional discussions on the proposed topic.
