Zhetysu University has been recognized among the world’s sustainably developing universities!
A total of 2,016 universities from 110 countries participated in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2026.
The ranking evaluates universities’ commitment to sustainable development, environmental responsibility, and institutional improvement.
Once again, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov has demonstrated consistent progress in sustainable development, ranking 724th among universities worldwide and 10th among 41 universities in Kazakhstan.
