Organization and holding of an international scientific and practical conference «Modernization of public consciousness is the basis for the dynamic development of Kazakhstan». The conference was attended by scientists and teachers of leading domestic universities and research institutes, as well as countries of near and far abroad, including Hungary, China, Latvia, Poland, Switzerland, Estonia.

In order to implement the national project «Ulttyk Rukhani Zhangyru»  in August 2022 at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov was organized a Summer school for teachers, postdoctoral students and students of the University of Zurich (Switzerland). As part of the Summer School, foreign students took 2-week intensive Kazakh language courses. Аccording to the special project «Tugan Zher», the director of the scientific and educational center «Ruhani zhangyru», candidate of historical science N. Baigabatova gave a lecture on «Zhetysu: the Land of Seven Rivers» for guests from the University of Zurich. Also, an excursion to the Regional Museum of Local History named after M. Tynyshpaev was organized for teachers and students of the University of Zurich. During the events, foreign guests got acquainted with the nature, history of the Zhetysu region, artifacts of the culture of the Kazakh people.
