Project title: «Development of the geo-information system «Aura. Delivery» in the city of Taldykorgan» (project duration 1 year, 2021-2022). Summary: There are no delivery aggregators in the city of Taldykorgan. In addition, it is very difficult to choose a specific institution, for the reason that basically all orders are accepted only by phone. This is very long and inconvenient, so we decided to create such a unified ecosystem. Now, in all major cities, there have been many delivery aggregators for a long time. Customers get the goods they need quickly, and sellers can sell all over the city. At the same time, due to the pandemic, the delivery service has long been in demand. Restaurants and stores need a tool that will allow them to sell remotely. Each restaurant is forced to solve delivery problems independently. The maintenance of couriers for an average restaurant is very expensive. In addition, quarantine conditions are already firmly established in our lives, and delivery services are now showing multiple growth. Now restaurants are forced to hire drivers, take orders via the phone, and keep records manually. It takes a lot of time and money. There are no similar services in Almaty region yet. Yandex. FOOD, Glovo, Wolt, have long shown the reliability and relevance of this business idea, while they do not come to our market because of its size. At the moment, there is a beta version and more than 15 partner restaurants in the city. Our service will allow cafes and shops to operate remotely as part of the pandemic, which will allow small businesses to continue to develop. In addition, many jobs will be created for couriers. Project goal: Develop a unified system of online orders and home delivery. This will be a single platform where restaurants and shops will be able to lay out their products, and customers will be able to make a home order through couriers. Customers will be able to access all the establishments in the city at once, and we will also optimize the logistics of products by using mobile applications for couriers. Expected results:
- With the help of the created mobile web application and website, 30% of delivery orders in the city of Taldykorgan will be implemented. Thanks to the developed geographic information system, the delivery will be fast and high-quality. Also, the development of delivery services among the population is expected.
- Connect platforms for automating couriers to the geographic information system.
