Guest lecture by a foreign scientist Rimantas Želvys from the University of Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania)
In order to implement the external academic mobility program, Rimantas Želvys, Habilitated Doctor of Social Sciences, Professor of the University of Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius), arrived at the Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov on October 26 of this year.
On November 2, 2022, a guest lecture on the topic “Education and globalization” was held, in which young scientists, teachers and students of the university’s multilingual groups took part. During the lecture, such topical issues as the impact of globalization on the system and quality of education, the advantages and disadvantages of the globalization process for individual countries, etc. were discussed.
