On April 06, 2023, an educational and methodological seminar «Inclusive education and subject competencies» was held at Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov, organized by the Educational program for the training of philologists. The seminar was attended by the teaching staff, students of the educational program 6B01701 – «Kazakh language and literature».
The seminar was conducted by the coach, teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of the secondary school-gymnasium named after Abai Dosykenova Alma and Head of the Project office for updating educational programs of Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov Schmidt Maria.
During the seminar, the principles and values of inclusive education, the concepts of inclusive policy, inclusive culture, inclusive experience were considered. The model of teaching, assessment and support of students with special educational needs was also discussed, methodological guidelines for the formation of information and communicative competence in Kazakh language lessons were given. Dosykenova Alma shared her experience of working with students with special educational needs. The seminar proved to be valuable for the participants.
At the end of the seminar, coach Dosykenova Alma was presented with a Letter of Thanks from the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov K.Baimyrzaev.
