On April 12, 2023, Zhetysu University named after I.Zhansugurov hosted a debate on the topic “Prevention of drug addiction among young people”, organized by the educational program for the training of philologists. The debate was attended by students of the 2nd year of the educational program 6B02302 – “Philology”. The purpose of the debate is to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, prevention of drug addiction.
During the debate, the students exchanged views and discussed the problems of drug addiction in the world community, in Kazakhstan, the consequences and effective methods of its solution. The students showed a high level of preparation.
