Problems of training specialists in the field of law
The head of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S. Zh., teachers and students of the educational program on law of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov held a meeting. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss topical issues in civil law, civil procedure and labor law: traditional law and views on the future. During the meeting, the most important issues in the development of legal education in the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed, concerning the formation of future lawyers and specialists, the formation of professional skills and the preparation of future specialists for specific tests in the legal field. In addition, Professor Suleimenova S. Zh. It was noted that the University, including the department, set out to assess their contribution to the achievement of the SDGs, strengthen cooperation by bringing together people and projects, create a community of practitioners in the field of SDGs and promote the implementation of new and change-promoting initiatives. University professors are increasingly trying to include the SDGs in their teaching and research activities, and students are looking for real opportunities to contribute to the fight against a wide range of global problems. Universities play a crucial role in building partnerships at the global and local levels to solve problems on a global scale. The Department actively develops international exchange programs, providing students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a variety of legal systems and cultures, which contributes to the formation of a global vision of their professional future.
