Young scientists of the University took part in a meeting of young scientists organized by the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On January 23, 2024, the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting with young scientists of the country at al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The meeting was attended by Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek, President of the National Academy of Sciences Akylbek Kurishbayev, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseyit Tuymebayev and young scientists of the country. On behalf of the Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurova was attended by Deputy Dean for Scientific Work of the Higher School of Humanities Shukenai Gulim Toleukyzy, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the University, head of educational programs in the field of management and public administration Lemeshchenko Olesya Vitalievna.
The President of the Board of the National Academy of Sciences under the President, Akylbek Kurishbayev, announced the creation of a Council of Young Scientists at the National Academy of Sciences. The work of the Council of Young Scientists will be headed by the Presidium, which includes members of the National Kurultai under the President and the National Council for Science and Technology, chairmen of organizations of young scientists of the republic, members of the National Scientific Council, chairmen of councils of young scientists of universities and research institutes of the country. The work of the Presidium of the Council of Young Scientists will be conducted by divisions and representative offices in the regions.
The second part of the meeting was devoted to questions and answers on topical issues.
