“Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector: Efficiency and Automation”

An online course titled “Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector: Efficiency and Automation” was held at the Zhetysu Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 23 to 24, 2025. The course was conducted by Dr. Rima Abdualieva, PhD, lecturer at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov.

This course was designed for representatives of local executive bodies of the Zhetysu region and aimed to enhance the digital literacy and information competence of civil servants. During the online training, participants explored the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the public sector, effective application strategies, and ways to improve the quality of public services through automation.

The course provided attendees with both theoretical and practical knowledge on the use of modern technologies in public administration, contributing to the development of a new perspective on optimizing governance processes.
