In accordance with the academic curriculum, master’s students of the Executive MBA educational programs annually undertake internships at international partner universities. From April 14 to April 27, 2025, master’s students of the Executive MBA programs “Strategic Management” and “Management in Healthcare” completed an academic internship on the topic “Current Issues and Modern Achievements in Economics” at the Tashkent State University of Economics (Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent). The internship was organized and conducted under the supervision of Narboi Ganievich Karimov, Doctor of economic sciences, Professor, Director of the Industry Center for retraining and advanced training of teaching staff at TSUE.
During the internship, master’s students studied relevant aspects of economic development, macroeconomic stability, and international cooperation. Special attention was given to the analysis of transformational processes in Central Asian countries, exchange of experience in implementing economic reforms, and the development of managerial competencies in line with current economic challenges. In their free time, the participants visited cultural landmarks of Tashkent and became acquainted with the city’s historical and cultural heritage.
