S.A. Sochin, Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Initial Military Training, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, conducted an open class for group FKR-311 on the topic “System for Enhancing the Level of Sports Achievements.”
During the lesson, students were provided with comprehensive information on the main directions of the system for improving sports performance, ways to enhance athletes’ training, and modern training methods. In addition, theoretical knowledge was integrated with practical tasks, which increased students’ interest in the subject.
