At Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov, a ceremonial opening was held for a specially designated classroom dedicated to veteran educators who have made an invaluable contribution to the development of education and science.

During the ceremony, Rector Yermek Boribayev expressed his gratitude to the veteran faculty members for their many years of dedicated service and professional commitment, emphasizing that their exemplary careers serve as a model for future generations.
Today, the university’s Council of Veterans continues to operate successfully. Its members actively participate in the public life of the institution, implementing important initiatives in youth education, the promotion of national values, and the strengthening of intergenerational continuity.
