A republican tournament in freestyle and women’s wrestling dedicated to the memory of Zilikha Tamshybayeva, Hero of Socialist Labour, was held in Taldykorgan.
At the competition, Myktybek Ukimetuly, a student of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, won second place in the 61 kg weight category.
