SCIENTIFIC INTERNSHIP AT THE POMERANIAN UNIVERSITY IN SŁUPSK

 

From June 2 to June 10, 2026, the research group of the program «BR24993269 – Evolution and Transformation of Value Orientations of Kazakhstani Society during the Period of Independence», consisting of A. Nurbayeva, G. Shukenay, A. Issatayeva, and Sh. Abdimanap, completed a scientific internship at Pomeranian University in Słupsk (Republic of Poland).

The purpose of the scientific internship was to study international scientific experience in researching the evolution and transformation of the system of social values, strengthen academic cooperation with foreign scientists, become familiar with modern research methods in the field of humanities, and develop research competencies.

During the scientific internship, on June 34, 2026, the research group participated in the international scientific seminar «Abai Readings: The History and Future of Kazakhstan’s Culture in the Eurasian Space», organized by the Abai Center of Pomeranian University, and presented reports on the results of research conducted within the framework of the program. The seminar provided a platform for scientific discussions on issues related to national values, historical consciousness, cultural identity, and the transformation of spiritual orientations in the context of social changes. In addition, the research group became acquainted with the scientific and educational environment of Pomeranian University, studied the experience of implementing international projects, the specifics of organizing scientific research, and interdisciplinary research approaches.

The scientific internship became a valuable platform for the professional development of young researchers and provided an opportunity to gain significant experience.
