On December 7, 2023, the educational and methodological Department of Higher and postgraduate Education held a mastermind on the topic: “Collaboration of the university with employers – a condition for quality training of competitive graduates”
Objective: to identify and analyze the problems associated with the formation of professional competencies of competitive graduates in the context of interaction between the university and employers.
Participants: regional heads of institutions, directors of colleges and schools, heads of departments.
Successful examples of the development of educational programs and branches of higher schools, implemented jointly with employers, were presented.
Topical issues of joint training of students and employment of competitive graduates were discussed, recommendations and suggestions from employers were voiced.
As a result of the mastermind, a trilateral consortium agreement was signed on cooperation and the creation of a coordination and analytical center for the promotion of graduate employment.
