In accordance with the annual plan of the Club of Leading Journalists and Experts under the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, a master class was held for students majoring in journalism, aimed at supporting young journalists and enhancing their professional skills. The event brought together experienced journalists, media experts, and industry professionals who shared their knowledge and experience with future colleagues. During the master class, speakers addressed current issues in modern journalism, discussing in detail topics such as accurate information delivery, working with sources, fact-checking, and the effective use of digital media tools. In addition, participants received valuable advice on professional ethics, audience engagement, and building a personal brand. As part of the event, students had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to the speakers and to reinforce their knowledge through practical assignments. This, in turn, helped bridge theoretical learning with practical skills. According to the speakers, such meetings are highly important for future journalists. They not only increase young people’s interest in the media sphere but also provide a strong boost to their professional development. Moreover, establishing direct connections with experienced professionals is a valuable opportunity for students. At the end of the event, participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers and emphasized the importance of continuing such informative meetings in the future.
