An informational and educational session on financial literacy was held for first- to fourth-year students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the National Bank’s branch in the Zhetysu Region, the Banking Ombudsman of Kazakhstan, and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.
The organizers spoke to students about financial security, ways to protect themselves from fraud, and how to identify their key financial needs. During the open-format meeting, students had the opportunity to ask financial experts questions about managing personal finances responsibly, budgeting, and current financial trends, and received detailed answers.
