An international scientific round table was held at the initiative of the Department of Ecology and Agricultural Sciences of the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences.
The event focused on agricultural crop pests, their specific characteristics, as well as theoretical and practical approaches to pest control.
The round table was attended by representatives of the Territorial Inspectorate of the Committee for State Inspection in the Agro-Industrial Complex in the Zhetysu Region, as well as heads and staff members of the Zhetysu Regional Branch of the Republican Center for Phytosanitary Diagnostics, Forecasting and Methodological Support.
Professor Abdalhadi M. A. Abulebda from Marche Polytechnic University (Italy) also took part in the event and delivered an insightful presentation.
