On March 31 of the current year educational program in foreign languages and translation studies of Higher School of Humanities, organized a practical discussion on academic mobility. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the educational program in foreign languages and translation studies Orynbaeva Ulserik Kydyrbaevna gave speech. An employee of the Center for International Partnership and Strategic Development made a presentation for students on the process of academic mobility at the university. Kasenova Alinur, a 3rd year student of the specialty Foreign Language, during the autumn semester, has studied at the University of Lodz, Poland in the framework of academic mobility program. She shared her experience by preparing a presentation on the topic “Poland: my road and experience”. English opens a world of opportunities, a 2nd year student of the specialty Foreign Language, Alimkhan Tolganai, was able to prove this. She worked as a paid interpreter for international OSCE observers during the country’s recent parliamentary elections. At the end of the meeting, an open discussion with students took place.
