Speaking in a foreign language, the listener thinks about what to say, how to speak, pays attention to the choice of language instruments. It forms common sense, stimulates statements. Due to the poor language training of listeners, it is much more difficult for them to make a monologous statement than dialogue or discussion. The platform is implemented based on the difficulties that arise in us and students during the period of study in private practice or in learning English. The main advantage of the LiSay platform is the use of audio and video materials that contribute to improving the quality of knowledge in foreign language lessons, allows students to give a visual idea of the life, traditions, language realities of English-speaking countries and develop the speech activities of students. Another advantage is that the platform writes a user word and automatically detects errors by platform sound and grammar. The program perfects the user’s statement.
Project goal: The development of the elongated communicative competence of listeners by creating a free online platform with ease of application. Determination of potential and design capacity of this platform.
Expected results:
1. Creating a LiSay platform;
2. Execution of documents confirming intellectual property (copyright certificate) on the LiSay platform;
3. Training 25-30 students;
4. Publication of 1 scientific article based on the RSCI;
5. Development of a training manual based on the results of the study.

According to the educational program of advanced training of the faculty of universities for the training of teachers in the framework of updating the content of secondary education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, developed by the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of the Intellectual Schools, a training course in the amount of 80 academic hours has been completed.
