The International Scientific and Practical Conference “Phytosanitary safety: risks and solutions” dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Plant Protection and Quarantine named after Zh. Zhiembayev was held in Almaty from December 14 to 15, 2023. The conference was attended by a lecturer at the Higher School of Technical Sciences, Candidate of Biological Sciences. Akmullayeva A.S. “Phytosanitary measures – guarantees of knowledge of agricultural crops” and 1st year students of the specialty “Agronomy” Amangeldy R.E. “Biological products for the birth and quality of embodied crops in greenhouses”, Arynova M. A. “Study of the effect of the inoculant heistik soy on soybean yield in the Zhetysu region” reports on scientific papers. At plenary and breakout sessions devoted to various aspects of phytosanitary safety, including entomology, phytopathology, herbology, biotechnology and IT technologies in plant protection, to get acquainted with leading scientists, specialists and representatives of the agricultural industry of Kazakhstan and countries such as England, Moldova, China, Pakistan, Turkey, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, The Russian Federation provides a unique opportunity to deepen cooperation. The international scientific and practical conference was held at a very high level, as a result, all participants were awarded certificates.
