For students of the educational program in the field of law, the leader consultant of the Zhetysu regional branch of Otbasy Bank, Saule Aldanazarova Kenesovna, gave a lecture on the topic “Condominium as a special form of ownership”. The purpose of the lecture: from non-residential premises, parking spaces, warehouses and common property that is not individually (separately) owned and owned by the owners of apartments, non-residential premises, parking spaces, warehouses on the right of common shared ownership, including a single indivisible land plot and (or) an infield land plot on which an apartment building stands providing information on a single property complex consisting of. Also, the students of the educational program in the field of law were informed about the importance of government programs: opening a deposit online / offline, mortgage registration, proof of solvency, maintenance before receiving housing. At the end of the lecture, the students opened an account and answered the students’ questions.
