On April 20, the international running event — ALMATY HALF MARATHON 2025 — took place in the city of Almaty, bringing together 12,000 athletes from 50 countries around the world.
Zhanabek Esenbol, a student of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts at Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov, took part in the marathon and proudly secured second place.
