On April 27, 2026, at 10:30 AM, Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov will host an offsite seminar organized by the A. Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics on the topic “Kazakh-Language Cognitive Linguistic Content and Digital Resources.”
The purpose of the seminar is to promote the outcomes of program-targeted research projects implemented by the A. Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics with the support of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event will also introduce university faculty and educators to new linguistic content and digital resources aimed at enhancing the Kazakh-language educational process. In addition, participants will explore and discuss the possibilities of applying digital tools in teaching the Kazakh language.
During the seminar, a memorandum of mutual cooperation will be signed between Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov and the A. Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics.
