On April 25, 2026, the XVIII Republican Subject Student Olympiad in the educational program 6B03202 – “Public Relations” was held at the Turan University in Almaty. The competition brought together the best students from universities across the country, who demonstrated their professional knowledge and creative abilities. According to the results of the Olympiad, the team from Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov showed a high level of preparation and won first place. The team members successfully completed complex theoretical and practical tasks and proposed innovative ideas on current issues in the field of public relations. The winning team consisted of students Aisayeva Tomiris, Omirbek Nurai, and Toksanbayeva Asylzhan. They demonstrated a high level of professional competence, creative thinking, and strong teamwork skills. The team was prepared by the head of the Department of Journalism at the Faculty of Humanities, PhD Karimova Bibigul Zhumashovna. Her professional guidance and high-quality training played a significant role in the students’ outstanding results. This victory is an important achievement that confirms the high quality of education at the university and the strong professional level of its students.
