On May 14, 2026, the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology hosted a scientific and practical seminar titled “The Psychology, Management Skills, and Path to Success of a Modern Leader.”
The purpose of the seminar was to discuss the psychological characteristics of a modern leader, essential management skills, professional growth trajectories, and personal qualities that contribute to success. The seminar also aimed to encourage participants to reflect on their leadership potential and exchange professional ideas and experiences.
During the seminar, the participants discussed key aspects of modern leadership, including motivation, charisma, public speaking, management skills, the transition from specialist to manager, individual psychological characteristics of a leader, and personal pathways to professional success.
The seminar was also attended by invited guests who shared their professional experience and valuable insights. Among them were Muratbekovna Anel Bakhtebekovna, Chief Specialist-Psychologist of the Department of Emergency Situations of Zhetysu Region, Lieutenant Colonel of Civil Protection; Gazizova Marаl Ydyryskyzy, Director of Toktarov Secondary School in Aksu District; and Zhaksybayev Kanat Abaybekovich, Physics Teacher at Secondary School No. 11.
The presentations and discussions highlighted that leadership is not only about holding a position or managing others. It is also about responsibility, confidence, communication, personal development, and the ability to inspire people.
The seminar created a meaningful and inspiring space for reflection, discussion, and new ideas on how modern leaders grow, manage, communicate, and succeed.
