A scientific seminar on submitting applications for the grant funding competition for young researchers under the “Jas Galym” project was organized by the Office of Scientific Projects and Technology Commercialization.
The seminar was attended by the university’s faculty members, young scientists, and researchers. The main purpose of the event was to inform participants about the competition requirements, explain the application preparation procedure, and familiarize them with important aspects to be considered during project implementation.
The seminar was conducted by L. Karasholakova, Director of the Department of Science and Commercialization. During the meeting, the conditions for participation, eligibility requirements, the list of required documents, and the procedures for preparing and completing applications were explained. In addition, the main reasons for application rejection, as well as the requirements for scientific publications and expected project outcomes, were discussed.
Participants received practical recommendations on properly preparing the project schedule, clearly defining research objectives, and justifying the requested funding.
At the end of the seminar, participants asked questions and received comprehensive answers.
