Gulnar Toilybayeva, a graduate of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, has been elected as a deputy of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This achievement is a clear testament to the active role that the University’s graduates play in the country’s public and political life, as well as their success in assuming positions of significant responsibility.
In 1989, Gulnar Kozhagulovna graduated from Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Physics and Mathematics Education. She began her professional career as a teacher and subsequently gained extensive experience in public administration and political work. Over the years, she held senior positions within a regional branch of the party and served as Secretary and Chairperson of the Zhetisu Regional Maslikhat.
Gulnar Toilybayeva’s extensive professional experience, deep understanding of the region’s social and economic landscape, and many years of public and political service will enable her to make a meaningful contribution to her work in the Kurultai. We are confident that she will bring pressing issues and the concerns of citizens to the highest level of public dialogue, while serving as a strong and constructive bridge between society and government.
