On September 21, 2026, a advisor hour on the topic of “Law and Order” was held for 4th-year students of groups TQ-411 and IsR-411. The advisor hour was organized and conducted by Daniyar Akbarovich Abirov.
The main purpose of the advisor hour was to enhance students’ legal literacy, foster respect for legal requirements, explain the importance of order and responsibility in society, and guide them toward understanding their rights and duties.
During the event, participants discussed the importance of law and order in society, the rights and obligations of citizens, crime prevention, and maintaining public safety. It was explained to the students that complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the fundamental duties of every citizen.
In addition, special attention was paid to preventing juvenile delinquency, maintaining order in public places, and respecting each other’s rights and freedoms. Students shared their thoughts and exchanged views on observing legal requirements and shaping a legal culture.
