Today, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov held the first meeting of the Council of Young Scientists for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The meeting was opened by Bakhtaulova A., Member of the Management Board – Vice-Rector for Research and Internationalization, who highlighted the important role of young scientists in advancing university research and emphasized the significance of new scientific initiatives.
During the meeting, Zheldibayeva R.S., Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Chair of the Council of Young Scientists, along with the members of the Council, were introduced, and the action plan for the 2026–2027 academic year was discussed. New proposals and initiatives aimed at enhancing the research activity of young scholars were also presented.
Particular attention was given to the development and future prospects of interdisciplinary research projects and opportunities for collaborative research. The participants also discussed networking, establishing academic and research connections, exchanging experience, and strengthening cooperation among young scientists.
The first meeting provided a platform for new ideas and collaborative projects and outlined the key priorities for the Council of Young Scientists’ future activities.
New momentum for young researchers, new opportunities for new ideas!
