Education
- In 1990 he graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Physical Culture in Almaty, in 1991 he began his career at the Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov as a teacher of athletics at the Department of Sports Disciplines.
- By the decision of the Qualification Commission of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by Order No. 1-10/262 of 22.12.2011, Berik Amantaevich Bitleuov was assigned the category of coach-teacher of the highest qualification level in weightlifting.
- In 2012, he graduated from the University and received a master’s degree in education in the specialty 6M010300 “Pedagogy and Psychology”.
- By the decision of the Academic Council of Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov dated February 02, 2016, Protocol No. 6, Bitleuov Berik Amantaevich was awarded the title of “Academic Associate Professor” of the University.
- By the decision of the Qualification Commission of the “Athletics Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan”: to the track and field coach Bitleuov Berik Amantaevich was awarded the judge category “Judge in athletics” order of the State Institution “Department of Physical Culture and Sports” of ” 23 ” 09 2019. Achievements

In 2014, he was awarded the medal of the National Scientific and Practical Center of Physical Culture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his contribution to the preparation of reserves of big sports and significant contribution to the development of scientific and methodological work. - Awarded the medal of the President of the Republican Federation of Professional Martial Arts Jiu-jitsu pro-fight Musa Dauren for his contribution to the development of this sport, 2015;

- He achieved high achievements as a professional in his field as the chairman of the university sports club. At the Summer Universiades of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2011-2013, our university took the IV-III prize place.

Scientific works
- Более 30 научных статей опубликованы в РИНЦ, ККСОН, международных и республиканских научных изданиях.
Также принял участие в грантовых проектах МОН РК по теме «Разработка методов профессионального отбора и контроля психофизиологического состояния высоко квалифицированных спортсменов», работал по темам, направленным на психофизиологические исследования в процессе спортивной тренировки.
В 2017 году награжден медалью И. Жансугурова за большой вклад в развитие и совершенствование Жетысуского государственного университета им. И. Жансугурова и достижения в области науки.
