On January 28, 2026, a seminar for young scientists of the university on the topics: “Registration of the final report of the «Jas ǵalym» competition for grant funding of projects on the commercialization of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities of young scientists” and “Registration of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities.”
The seminar was conducted in an informational and practical format. It was attended by the leaders and participants of the «Jas ǵalym» competition, as well as deputy deans for research.
Key issues discussed during the seminar:
- The procedure for preparing and formatting the final report, its structure, and formatting requirements;
- The stages of registering the final report in the NCGNTE system;
- The list of required documents and the procedure for uploading them to the system;
- The main requirements for registering the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities;
- Prospects for the use of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities;
- The most common mistakes during registration and methods to prevent them.
During the seminar, participants received comprehensive information on the procedure for preparing the final report, correctly formatting the required documents, and registering them in the NCGNTE system. In addition, the methods for registering the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities were explained, aimed at confirming authorship and priority, recording the results, and their subsequent use. Significant methodological support was provided to young scientists to ensure the timely and proper registration of their scientific activities.
