Ramazan Abdrasil, a student of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts at I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University and a laureate of the Zhetysu Region Akim’s “Leader – 2026” Youth Award, has been named the winner in the “Best Young Athlete” category.
