As part of the academic mobility program at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, Dr. Lokman Zor (PhD), a visiting lecturer from Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University (Türkiye), is conducting classes for students of groups ZhQ-211 and ZhQ-212.
The international lecturer is delivering a 45-hour course entitled “TV Presenting Skills.” Throughout the course, future journalists will develop essential professional skills in television presenting, improve their speech and communication abilities, and gain valuable insights into international practices.
The very first lecture began with practical exercises. Students had the opportunity to meet the lecturer, exchange ideas, and actively participate in discussions. They also performed exercises aimed at improving articulation, developing clear pronunciation, and enhancing their speaking skills.
This initiative not only contributes to the professional development of students but also provides opportunities to gain international educational experience and strengthen academic cooperation between universities.
