Academic mobility and international cooperation occupy an important place in the work of the Educational programs in the natural-scientific direction in the preparation of highly qualified specialists, in creating priority areas of scientific research.

As part of academic mobility, scientists from leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries are invited, and one or more semesters are offered for students of graduating specialties. Wishing students from the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS countries are given a quality education.

The educational programs has established international cooperation with research institutes of foreign higher educational institutions such as Lodz Technical University (Poland), the University of Zilina (Slovakia), the University of Malaysia and other higher educational institutions in research, education and training of specialists.

 In the first half of the 2014-2015 academic year, for students of the specialty 5В011300 – «Biology», a course of lectures was given by a professor at the University of Zilina (Slovakia), Dr. Marian Zhaniga in the discipline “Plant and Animal Ecology”; Professor of the University of Lodz (Poland) Dr. Edita Borkowska in the discipline “Genetics”.

Within the framework of internal academic mobility in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017, for students of the specialty 5B011300 – «Biology», she held a course of lectures on the discipline «Plant and Animal Ecology», professor of Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Aidarbaeva Doctorkhan Kaysarbekovna.

In the first half of the 2014-2015 academic year, students of the multilingual group of specialty 5B011300 – «Biology» Zhuirikbaeva MK, Kudaibergen A.A., Lentaeva A.E., Uldakhan S. studied in Poland, University of Lodz.

As part of internal academic mobility in the second half of the 2014-2015 academic year, 3rd year students of the specialty 5B011300 – «Biology» from EKSU named after Amanzholova –Userkhan Saya and Shalkarova Yerkezhan studied at our university, and a 3rd year student of specialty 5B011300- «Biology» – Sovetova Nurgul was trained at our university from this university.

In the first half of the 2015-2016 academic year, third-year students of the specialty 5B011300- «Biology» Sataev Madiyar, in the second half of Mukashevа Kundyz studied at the University of Lodz (Poland).

In the first half of the 2016-2017 academic year, Tursybaeva Talshyn, a 3rd year student in the specialty 5B011300- «Biology», studied at this university.

In the second half of the 2017-2018 academic year, a 3-year student of the specialty 5B011200- «Chemistry» Ksenia Mereshkova studied at the Riga Technical University (Latvia).

In the first half of the academic year 2018-2019, Turysbaeva Aigerim, a 3rd year student and a 4th year student Zhumagaliyev Aliyar studied at the Malaysian State University, and 4th year students of the 5B011300- Biology specialty Bolatkhan Umit and Oryngazy Ainur gained knowledge in Lodz University in Poland.

In the first half of the academic year 2018-2019, third-year students of specialty 5B0101200- «Chemistry» of Kostanai State University Makhanbetzhan Madina, Zhali Bekzada, Skendir Gulmaral and third-year students of specialty 5B0101300-«Biology» from EKSU named after Amanzholova – Saparbay Aidana, Tіlgen Aitolkyn and Shermanbet Asylzat studied at our university.

In the first half of the academic year 2018-2019, he gives a lecture course for students of the specialty 5B011300 – «Biology» in the disciplines «Immunology» and «Human and animals physiology», Professor Marie Järveleid, University of Tartu (Estonia).

In the first half of the 2019-2020 academic year, within the framework of the international program Mevlana, senior lecturer of the department, candidate of geographical sciences Tokpanov E. completed an internship at the Hacettepe University (Turkey), also a 2nd year student of the specialty 5B011200-Chemistry Asubekova Nazerke studied at this university during one academic period.

Within the framework of the program of internal academic mobility in the first half of the 2019-2020 academic year, a 2nd year student of the specialty 5B011200- Chemistry  of the North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev Kursarina Zhainar, a 2nd year student of the specialty 5B012900-Geography-history Kazhyken Zhanibek studied at the Zhetysu State University after named I. Zhansugurov.

In the first half of the 2020-2021 academic year, within the framework of the internal academic mobility program, Professor of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Doctor of Biological Sciences Aydarbayeva Doctorkhan held a virtual lecture on the disciplines «Ecology of Plants and Animals» for the 3rd year students of the specialty 5В011300-Biology, «Protection and conservation of biodiversity» for the 2nd year undergraduates of the educational program 7М01505-Biology.

In the second half of the 2020-2021 academic year, under the program of external academic mobility, third-year students of the specialty 5B011200- Chemistry Arkashkyzy Erkezhan, Tailakova Ayaulym, Zhairbekova Talshyn undergo virtual training at the Omsk State Pedagogical University (Russian Federation), also as part of the program of internal academic mobility a second-year student of the educational program 6B01506-Chemistry Nurakhmet Tansholpan is undergoing virtual training at the Taraz Regional University named after H. Dulati.

Also, in the second half of the 2020-2021 academic year, the senior lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences, candidate of biological sciences Berikzhan Oksikbaev reads a virtual lecture on the discipline 1Scientific aspects of the rational use of biological resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan1 for 1st year doctoral students of the specialty 8D01503-Biology of East Kazakhstan University named after  S. Amanzholova. It is planned to read a virtual lecture of the associate professor of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, candidate of geographical sciences Sarkytkan Kaster for 2 year undergraduates of the educational program “7M01506-Geography” in the discipline «Information and communication technology teaching geographic Disciples at the university».

The competence of the educational program in specialties determines the status of the external socio-economic environment and contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for innovation and creativity in the education and training of students of the educational program.

Students of the educational programs have the opportunity to engage in science and participate in international, republican, regional scientific and practical conferences, competitions, publish their scientific works in domestic and foreign journals, participate in scientific projects, interact with problem circles and clubs.
